V8 Binoculars are lightweight, handheld display systems designed for immersive reconnaissance simulation. New active matrix LCDs with true VGA ((640 x 3) x 480 pixels) resolution provide bright, vibrant color and a CRT quality image. V8 Binoculars are easy to use with adjustments for interpupillary distance (IPD) and focus.

Inputs and outputs for video and power are handled through the external control box. Red LEDs indicate Power On and Stereo modes. Standard 15 pin VGA type connectors accept VGA (640 x 480 60Hz) inputs, readily available on today’s graphic engines and workstations. Overall brightness and contrast adjustments are easily tuned from the control box. External VGA monitors may be connected to the MONITOR OUT located on the control box.
